Giclée printing is the application of light-fast quality inks to archival paper or canvas. Using an Epson 7800 large format printer your digitally captured work is sprayed onto the medium, providing a continuous tone, rather than the more traditional dots. The result is a true, crisp print which will meet all Print Guild standards for reproduction. Drop us an e-mail enquiry about how best to capture your original work and a price per print guide. THE PROCESS
SET UP
Your original artwork will be captured using a high quality scanner and converted to an appropriate digital file format. We then use image editing software to colour manage and create an exact match file ready for upload to the printer. This file is stored in our digital archive for future copies.
REPRODUCTION
Your reproduced image is an application of pigmented inks to a surface of high quality, smooth or textured papers or canvas by the giclée method. It is an object more akin to an etching or a lithograph, than a colour print which is typically the product of a regular printing machine.
YOUR GICLEES
All the detail and subtleties in the original will be retained: both factors which allow a limited edition giclée print to command a good price in the art sales market.
ON LINE GALLERY
Artvision gives you the opportunity for sales through our on line gallery. We will not charge commission on sales of any prints that we produce.

All prints on 310gms archival paper. Other papers and canvas available upon request. Please note that there is an initial minimum run of three prints per image. Thereafter prints may be ordered one at a time.
